Please enter the information below in order to reset your password. Your Login ID is your 6-digit employee ID number. If you are unsure of your employee ID number, please ask your manager/supervisor.

Once you complete the below information correctly and select "Reset Password", your password will be reset back to your temporary Password. Your temporary Password is your first initial + the first 3 letters of your last name (as they appear on your pay stub) + the last four digits of your Social Security number.

You will be asked to change your password upon entering the Online Benefits Center.
